I don’t take pictures of food, which actually makes me sad on this. We finally got to eat at the restaurant of the culinary school I will eventually attend, and it was amazing. I had the ruby trout, and Mikal had the roasted farm chicken. The chicken was moist and tender and everything it should have been. The trout was amazing. I had nearly given up on non-shell fish for the most part, but decided to give this a chance at Mikal’s insistence. I cannot adequately describe how perfect it was. It melted on the tongue, was not dry in the least, and had the most amazing flavor. So amazingly good. While I would normally never pay this much for food, but I have to say this was actually worth every penny.
